Description

Fusion of a 9.8kb BamHI per fragment extending from -4200 to +5627 to a 1.8kb BamHI-KpnI per cDNA. Expression is influenced by 1kb EcoRI fragment carrying the SV40 polyadenylation site. Two thirds of the per protein is fused in frame to the per cDNA.
