Description

UASt sequences drive expression of a Tag:FLAG tagged dlg1 cDNA that has had amino acids 148-253, and 466-564 deleted.

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of dlg1 in which the N-terminal domains up to the HOOK domain have been deleted. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
