Description

UASt sequences drive expression of a Tag:FLAG tagged dlg1 cDNA that has had the C terminus deleted from amino acid 605.

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of dlg1 in which C-terminal domains from the SH3 domain through to the GUK domain have been deleted. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
