Description

Contains divergently transcribed w and lacZ reporters. A 230bp fragment of the hry H1 enhancer has been inserted between the two reporters. A 1.7kb DNA fragment that contains the Fab-8 insulator and the Abd-B Promoter Targeting Sequence (PTS), followed by a 300bp fragment of the rho NEE enhancer have been inserted downstream of the lacZ transcription unit.
