FlyBase Recombinant Construct Report: P{QUAS-mtdTomato-3xHA}

QUAS regulatory sequences (followed by a minimal Hsp70 promoter) drive expression of the tdTomato fluorescent protein, tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:MyrPalm(MGCCFSKT) (which directs myristoylation and palmitoylation) and at the C-terminal end with 3 copies of the Tag:HA epitope.
