UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of mCherry, a nuclear localization signal and the full long 3'UTR sequence present in long Ubx transcripts (-7 to +2807bp of the annotated 3' UTR). The first polyadenylation signal (AATAAA at +950bp) has been deleted, to prevent the long 3'UTR sequence being processed and transformed into short 3'UTR sequence when expressed.
