Reference

ScerGAL4Rab7.ORF drives expression in some neurons and glia in the larval brain, as well as in the developing photoreceptors and in regions of the wing imaginal disc. In the pupal and adult brain, expression is widespread. Expression in the adult mushroom body is stronger than in the pupa.

Comments

The PBac{I-SceI(FRT.Rab7-GAL4.ORF(loxP.3xP3-RFP))} vector can be used both as a driver expressing Scer\GAL4 under the control of the Rab7 regulatory sequences present in the construct and also as a donor construct for ends-out homologous recombination at the endogenous Rab7 locus.
