UAS regulatory sequences are fused upstream of a primary open reading frame (ORF1) encoding full-length mCherry, followed by two stop codons and then a second open reading frame (ORF2) encoding Ecol\dam tagged with Tag:MYC. The presence of ORF1 greatly reduces the translation of the Ecol\dam ORF2.
