Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a coding sequence consisting of a signal peptide, sfGFP and the C1 and C2 domains from Mus musculus lactadherin (encoded by the Mfge8 gene, MGI:MGI:102768) which have been mutated to abolish the ability of the C1C2 sequence to interact with phosphatidylserine. Acts as a control construct.
