Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of pros with a deletion of amino acid residues 812-870. A protein domain known to drive dimerization (the leucine zipper domain - amino acid residues 244-315 - of the Arabidopsis thaliana GBF1 protein, see PMID:1373374), has been fused to the N-terminal end of the coding region. The coding sequence is also tagged with GFP.
