Description

10xQUAS regulatory sequences drive expression of GCaMP6s. The transgene contains a number of translation enhancing elements: a short intervening sequence (IVS) from Mhc, a 21bp synthetic AT-rich sequence (Syn21) to promote translational initiation and a p10 polyadenylation signal.
