UASz regulatory sequences drive expression of a genetically encoded ratiometric Ca[2+] indicator composed of mTagBFP2 (Ca[2+]-insensitive internal control) linked via a P2A peptide to the GCaMP6s Ca[2+] sensor. The presence of the P2A peptide results in separate translation of each protein.
