Flies homozygous for both dpps1 and dppd-ho display shortened L4, and occasionally, L2 and posterior crossveins.

Held out wings, no noticeable eye roughening.

dpps1 dppd-ho double mutant chromosome partially suppresses the penetrance of the hhMrt phenotype.

dpphr4/dppd-ho transheterozygotes show a wild type wing phenotype in an otherwise normal genetic background.

Held out wing, defects in sensilla campaniforma on the wing blade.

Complete wings, reduction of sensilla on the dorsal radius from 25 to 8 and an additional fold.

Held out wing phenotype.

z1 product subliminally inhibits the complementation of dpphr4 and dppd-ho. The effect is only seen when compounded by the particular effects of rearrangements on synapsis.

Held-out wings. The wings are held out laterally instead of in line with the longitudinal axis of the body. Transheterozygotes with dpphr4 exhibit normally oriented wings.

Wings are held out laterally to the long axis of the body.

Wings extended at right angles to body. RK1.

A high frequency of tumour growth occurs below the anal plates of the terminalia in chromosomally female flies homozygous for ix5 and dppd-ho. In contrast, no major abnormalities are detected in the terminalia of XY ix1 dppd-ho double homozygotes.

A high frequency of tumour growth occurs below the anal plates of the terminalia in chromosomally female flies homozygous for ix1 and dppd-ho, or homozygous for ix1 and trans-heterozygous for dppd5/dppd-ho or dppd6/dppd-ho.

Homozygosity for dppd-ho significantly enhances the number of cell deaths in ix1 homozygous genital discs.

Approximately 6% of flies trans-heterozygous for Lpt1/dpps1 dppd-ho display a shortened posterior crossvein.

Lpt1/+ flies homozygous for both dpps1 and dppd-ho show enhancement of the posterior crossvein phenotype relative to trans-heterozygotes, and shortened L2 and L4 veins.

In(2LR)DTD52, dppd-ho/In(2LR)DTD11, dpphr4 flies have wild-type wing posture. Df(2L)DTD52-D51, dppd-ho/In(2LR)DTD11, dpphr4 flies have a heldout wing posture.

The dpphr4/dppd-ho phenotype is dominantly enhanced by en96 (In(2R)DTD96), to cause heldout wings.
