The expression of trblScer\UAS.cGa under the control of Scer\GAL4ci.PU leads to a mild increase in DNA damage response (assessed by phospho-H2Av immunostaining) in the wing disc anterior compartment, as compared to controls.
Flies expressing trblScer\UAS.cGa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF have a slight rough eye phenotype with occasional duplication of bristles. Flies expressing trblScer\UAS.cGa under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 show scalloping of the wing margin.
