When Bx42dsRNA.Scer\UAS and Su(H)Scer\UAS.cKa are driven by Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 a wing overgrowth phenotype is seen.
The addition of N55e11 to Su(H)Scer\UAS.cKa, Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 or Su(H)Scer\UAS.cKa, Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 flies leads to a strong enhancement of the wing nicking phenotype.
