Ventral nerve cord commissures in stage 17 hhEP3521; Scer\GAL4sca-4512 embryos are fused and/or 'fuzzy'.

Expression of Kr-h1EP2289 under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH results in eyes that are strongly reduced in size. Flies expressing Kr-h1EP2289 under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.2sev have glassy eyes.

Mutant larvae expressing Kr-h1EP2289 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects.

Expression of Kr-h1EP2289 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in severe loss of microchaetae on the abdomen and loss of scutellar and dorsocentral macrochaetae, and short and thickened shaft morphology.
