Site of nucleotide substitution in mutant inferred by FlyBase based on reported amino acid change.
skdT413 clones induced in the wing disc during the late second or eraly third larval instar that are confines entirely to one dorsal or ventral compartment can sometimes disrupt the dorsal-ventral boundary.
Clones in the eye contain few or no photoreceptors. The few that remain are found in posterior regions of the clone, and die later in development. Clone size is normal and clones do not interfere with the spread of differentiation-promoting signals. Antennal disc cell fates are also altered.
