The expression of dlpScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG results in third instar larval class IV abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons exhibiting abnormal dendritic terminals, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4221 results in no obvious dendrite morphology defects in class I abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaD and ddaE neurons, as compared to controls.

Expression of dlpScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4A9 results in a slight increase in wing size and chipping of the wing margin.

When dlpScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 is driven by Scer\GAL4en-e16E or Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 there is a loss of wing margin tissue. When is driven in wing clones by Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PP ectopic wing margin bristles are seen next to clones.

NotumScer\UAS.cGa; Scer\GAL4en-e16E flies lack some posterior wing margin bristles.

Expression of dlpScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4salm-459.2 results in scalloping of the wing.

Co-expression of dlpScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and ltlScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1,T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4A9 disrupts wing morphogenesis and results in an approximately 42% reduction in wing size.

Expression of dlpScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1, under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155, rescues the medulla patterning defects of Sdc10608/Df(2R)48 mutants (in which Sara function has been rescued by SaraUbi.PJ). However, this expression fails to rescue the ERG defects.
