Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

Less than 50% of hemizygotes survive to the third larval instar.

At 25oC approximately 60% of hemizygotes are embryonic lethal and the rest are lethal at third larval instar or early pupal stage. At 30oC all lethality acts in they embryonic or first larval instar stage.
