Expression of MoeT559D.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in wings that are curved upwards at the edges.

Animals expressing MoeT559D.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the trachea under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS show dorsal trunk extension defects.

Animals expressing MoeT559D.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the salivary gland under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH develop salivary gland migration defects.

The retinae of flies expressing MoeT559D.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC (under the control of Scer\GAL4ninaE.PD) are abnormal and reveal the original stage of degeneration after only 2 days illumination.

Expression of MoeT559D.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 in imaginal disc cells results in a marked upregulation of cortical actin in these cells.
