    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

Slight irregularities in the apical surface of the salivary gland are seen at stage 12 in mutant embryos. By stage 14/15 the salivary gland tube is buckled.

Germ-line clones exhibit a U shaped embryonic phenotype at low penetrance (about 1%).

    Genetic Interactions
    Statement
    Reference

No significant overgrowth of the neuromuscular junction is seen in FakN30/FakKG00304 third instar larvae which are also heterozygous for wb4Y18.

The addition of wb4Y18/+ to mys8 hemizygotes enhances the wing blister phenotype, so that 28% of wings show a blistering phenotype.
