The defects in the dMP2 and vMP2 neurons seen in fruw12/frusat15 embryos are not rescued by expression of fruB.Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4. Expression of fruB.Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not rescue the axonal tract defects of Fas2-positive and BP102-positive axons in the central nervous system of fruw12/frusat15 embryos.
