Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

The size of lipid droplets in the fat body Tbpf00190 mutant clone cells is not significantly different from their neighbors.

Flies homozygous for Tbpf00190 die at the first instar larval stage.

Expression of TbpScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB partially rescues homozygous Tbpf00190 mutants with flies surviving past the first instar larval stage. This is only a partial rescue, because the flies do not survive the second instar larval stage.
