Clones in the wing disc expressing hpoScer\UAS.cPa under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified are very small in size and seem to have slightly reduced levels of apical F-actin.

Expression of hpoScer\UAS.cPa under the control of Scer\GAL4hh-Gal4 from the early third larval instar onwards (the temperature sensitive Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B allele is used to restrict expression before this stage) does not disrupt the apical F-actin network in the wing disc.

Overexpression of hpoScer\UAS.cPa in the developing eye, under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF induces cell death.

Expression of hpoScer\UAS.cPa, in eye imaginal disc somatic clones results in cell cycle arrest before the second mitotic wave.

Scer\GAL4GMR.PF-driven hpoScer\UAS.cPa expression strongly induces apoptosis in the posterior part of the eye imaginal disc.

Overexpression of hpoScer\UAS.cPa in the developing eye, under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF induces cell death in ft8 mutant cells.

WGMR.PG-induced apoptosis is blocked in hpodsRNA.Scer\UAS mutant clones.

Scer\GAL4GMR.PF-driven hpoScer\UAS.cPa expression-induced apoptosis is largely unimpaired in sav3 mutant clones.
