Expression of slGD1535 driven by Scer\GAL4phm.PO does not lead to developmental delay/arrest at the larval stage.

Expression of slGD1535 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in ectopic wing veins.

Adults expressing slGD1535 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.

Expression of slGD1535 under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH and Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a mild rough eye phenotype.

Coexpression of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa with slGD1535, under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH and Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, results in a slight enhancement of the mild slGD1535 rough eye phenotype.

Coexpression of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa with slGD1535, under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237, leads to a mild missing macrochaetae phenotype that is not seen when slGD1535 is expressed alone.
