Sense-antisense transcription (driven by two convergent arrays of UAS regulatory sequences) of a 589bp BglII fragment of Nipped-B (nucleotides 5066-5654, coordinates relative to GenBank accession AF114160) results in double stranded RNA (dsRNA) expression.
