Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

When fed on a low carbohydrate diet (0% sucrose supplement), no developmental delay is observed for Scer\GAL4Cg.PA ACCKK102082 (plus Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) animals. In contrast, when fed a 10% or 20% sucrose supplemented diet, these animals exhibit a 2-8 day delay, respectively.

Expression of spideyKK100977 under the control of Scer\GAL4sal.BO (in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency) results in lethality at the L2/L3 transition, accompanied by tracheal defects.
