In 3h-starved larvae, fat body clones expressing spriKK105547 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU show smaller autophagosomes ( GFP:Atg8 ) and small-sized or tiny lysosomes (LysoTracker) as compared to controls. A fraction of cells show aborted fusions into autolysosomes and some show impaired endosomal trafficking as revealed by early endosomes (i.e. Hrs marker accumulation).
