Expression of araKK110191 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in male flies with weak wing size and patterning defects.

Expression of araKK110191 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in female flies with weak wing size and patterning defects.

The expression of araKK110191 under the control of Scer\GAL4221, in combination with Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi, results in third instar larval class I abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaD and ddaE neurons exhibiting dendrite branch misrouting, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG, in combination with Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi, results in no obvious dendrite morphology defects in class IV abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons, as compared to controls.

Expression of araKK110191 in C-I neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4221 results in ddaD neurons that have an increased number of dendritic branches compared to controls.

Expression of araKK110191 in C-IV neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 results in a reduction in total dendritic length in ddaC and v'ada neurons. The total number of dendritic branches is also reduced in ddaC neurons.
