Expression of neurScer\UAS.PA.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4neur-GAL4-A101 (in a neurGAL4-A101/+ background) does not result in a neurogenic embryo phenotype.

Ectopic expression of neurScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5.cCa in the wing driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 results in truncations of longitudinal veins 4 and 5 with nearly 100% penetrance. Truncations of longitudinal veins 2 and 3 are seen less often.

Overexpression of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 results in the reduction of the number of macrochaetae on the dorsal thorax. The decrease in macrochaeta number is significantly different from the controls.
