UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a short inverted repeat.
Third instar larval adipocytes expressing Msp300HMS00368 under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA exhibit enlarged, mispositioned nuclei that have increased ploidy. Although the nucleus is still encircled by a microtubule network, this network is partially/completely detached from the nucleus.
Expressing Msp300HMS00368 under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA leads to fragmented and clustered mitochondria in the third instar larval fat body (as assessed by MitoGFP).
Msp300HMS00368, Scer\GAL4Cg.PA is a suppressor of microtubule | third instar larval stage phenotype of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA, shotGL01286
Msp300HMS00368, Scer\GAL4Cg.PA is a non-suppressor of fat cell | third instar larval stage phenotype of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA, shotGL01286
