ebiP7/ebiE90 escaper flies are more sensitive to paraquat treatment than controls.

ebiP7/ebi2g1 wings are 72% the size of control wings. Wing cell size is reduced. Gross defects in wing patterning are not apparent.

The wing pouch of ebiP7/ebi2g1 larval wing discs is reduced to about a quarter of its normal size.

ebiP7/ebiE4 wings are 86% the size of control wings. Gross defects in wing patterning are not apparent. There is no significant decrease in the size of other organs or the whole organism.

ebiP7/ebiE4 larval wing discs have visibly smaller wing pouches.

ebiP7/ebiΔ1 wings are 84% the size of control wings. Wing cell size is unaffected - the wing size reduction is the result of fewer cells. Gross defects in wing patterning are not apparent. There is no significant decrease in the size of other organs or the whole organism.

ebiP7/ebiW418X wings are 83% the size of control wings. Wing cell size is unaffected - the wing size reduction is the result of fewer cells. Gross defects in wing patterning are not apparent. There is no significant decrease in the size of other organs or the whole organism.

ebiP7/ebiW418X larval wing discs have visibly smaller wing pouches.

ebiP7/ebik16213 wings are 82% the size of control wings. Gross defects in wing patterning are not apparent. There is no significant decrease in the size of other organs or the whole organism.

ebiP7/ebiCC3 males occasionally show an overall reduction in body size, but their wings are still disproportionately small.

The wing pouch of ebiP7/ebiCC3 larval wing discs is reduced to about a quarter of its normal size.

The wing pouch of ebiP7/ebi2g2 larval wing discs is reduced to about a quarter of its normal size.

Macrochaetes on ebiP7/ebiW418X nota are stunted and form in ectopic positions.

In ebiE4/ebi7 animals at the non-permissive temperature a loss of cone cells is seen.

ebiP7/ebiE90 flies are viable and show phenotypes similar to weak loss of function Egfr alleles including partial female sterility resulting from partially ventralized eggs, wing vein defects, short bristles and rough eyes.
