The decreased lifespan and the ommatidium defects observed in adults expressing ND-23KK102085 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU, as well as the increased number and size of lipid droplets in the brain induced by the expression of ND-23KK102085 under the control of Scer\GAL4repo.PU, are not suppressed by the co-expression of PfkUAS.cTa.

Co-expression of PfkScer\UAS.cTa significantly improves the survival of flies expressing Scer\GAL4elav-C155>ND-23KK102085.

Co-expression of PfkScer\UAS.cTa significantly improves the survival of flies expressing Scer\GAL4elav-C155>l(1)G0334GD12103.

Expression of PgiScer\UAS.cTa and PfkScer\UAS.cTa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 rescues the elevated trehalose levels of ERR1/ERR2 mutant larvae. 8% of rescued larvae complete larval development an pupariate, compared to 1% of ERR1/ERR2 control animals.

Xenogenetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

Overexpression of PfkScer\UAS.cTa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not change the survival of flies also expressing Hsap\HTTQ93.ex1p.Scer\UAS. However, statistical analysis of pseudopupil data shows that PfkScer\UAS.cTa overexpression prevents neurodegeneration at day and day 4.

Co-expression of PfkScer\UAS.cTa has no additional effect on the survival or degeneration of photoreceptors in flies expressing Scer\GAL4elav-C155>Hsap\HTTQ93.ex1p.Scer\UAS.
