Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

Ectopic expression of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU under the control of aosScer\UAS.cUa results in small and rough adult eye phenotype compared to controls.

In contrast to wild-type flies, Erwinia carotovora carotovora 15 (Ecc15) infection does not increase the number of intestinal mitotic cells in flies expressing argosScer\UAS.cUa in intestinal stem cells (ISCs) under the control of Scer\GAL4esg-NP5130 and Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B.
