Bitter sensing is impaired in adults expressing HDAC1HMS00607 under the control of Scer\GAL4fuss-MI13731-GAL4.

Expression of HDAC1HMS00607 under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96 results in disorganization of wing structure, wing curling and a subset of wings exhibit nicking, and increased cell death is observed in the wing disc, in a portion of the dorsal-ventral wing margin.

Expression of HDAC1HMS00607 under the control of Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 leads to increased survival to paraquat-induced oxidative stress, as compared to controls.

Expression of HDAC1HMS00607 under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 results in significantly increased frequency of undercondensed chromosomes in mature oocytes compared to controls.
