      Expression of CblL.RING.PR.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB results in about 1/3 of eggshells displaying an intermediate ventralisation phenotype, and fusion of the dorsal appendages is observed in these animals.

      Expression of CblL.RING.PR.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG in the follicle cells under the control of Scer\GAL4GR1 at 29[o]C results in half of mutant eggs displaying an intermediate ventralisation phenotype, with fusion of the two dorsal appendages evident.
