      Expression of CkaHMS00081 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU (using tub-Gal80[ts] to limit the RNAi expression to the adult stage) results in overproliferation of the germline stem cells at the expense of terminal differentiation in adult testes.

      Animals expressing CkaHMS00081 under the control of Scer\GAL4Dll-md23 show deletion of the tarsus (including deletion of the claws and pulvilli), deletion of the arista and antennal segment 3 and a hooded wing phenotype.
