Expression of tkv^{ca.bam.T:Avic\GFP} enhances the delay in cystoblast differentiation seen in lack^15C mutant germaria. Nealy 38% of ovarioles are composed of a tumorous germarium, and 62% of the ovarioles contains tumorous germaria that are attached to one or several egg chambers.
