Expression of mir-312Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PU does not result in a mutant phenotype in the eye.

Expression of mir-312Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in curly wings with patches that lack wing hairs. The wing veins are thin in the posterior part of the wing and ectopic campaniform sensillae are seen.

Expression of mir-312Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in loss of wing hairs, deformation of the wing blade and formation of ectopic sensillae on the wing.
