Homozygous and Patr-1^d3/Patr-1^EY10289 third instar larvae show a significant increase in the number of type 1b boutons at both the muscle 6/7 and muscle 4 neuromuscular junctions compared to controls. The total number of bouton branch tips at muscle 4 is not significantly different from wild type.
