Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

The mitochondrial morphology defects seen in Pink1B9 adult flight muscles and dopaminergic neurons are significantly suppressed by Acon1/+. The flight defects of Pink1B9 adults are also significantly rescued.

Acon1/+ partially suppresses the defects in mitochondria morphology seen in the dopaminergic neurons of animals NDUFA8GD16787 under the control of Scer\GAL4ple.PF.

The mitochondria morphological defects seen in park1/parkΔ21 adults are not rescued by Acon1/+.

Pink1B9 ; Acon1/+ ; Drp1+t9.4/+ animals show increased flight ability compared to either Pink1B9 ; Acon1/+ or Pink1B9 ; Drp1+t9.4/+ animals.
