      PaxΔ1 homozygosity does not lead to significant changes in the number of ectopic VincCO.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP-positive cytoplasmic protein aggregates in follicle cell clones, formed upon Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU-driven expression.

      Animals homozygous for Df(2L)PaxΔ1 die as pupae. Homozygous Df(2L)PaxΔ1 (PaxΔ1]) animals survive when rescued by Pax24.2.T:Avic\GFP.

      Compared with wild-type, an increased number of unfused myoblasts are detected in embryos homozygous for PaxΔ1.
