      Expression of spgdsRNA.1447-1632.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4389 results in an atrophied wing phenotype.

      Expression of spgdsRNA.1447-1632.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU results in either an abnormal eye with dark circles inside the ommatidia or a rough eye with fused ommatidia, depending on the insertion line used.
