      Expression of mamoMZD.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Zzzz\FLAG in the salivary glands, under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB results in smaller than wild-type salivary glands. Fixed polytene chromosomes from these glands are thinner than in wild-type and exhibit a disrupted banding pattern.
