Co-expression of bunA.Scer\UAS and MadmScer\UAS.cGa under the control of Scer\GAL4esg-NP5130 (in combination with a Gal80[ts] transgene to restrict expression to the adult stage) leads to a significant increase in cell proliferation in the midgut, and an increase in the number of midgut cells, as compared to controls or flies expressing either construct alone.

Co-expression of bunA.Scer\UAS enhances the bent down wing phenotype caused by expression of S6kScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544.
