Description
VCB complex (Vhl-EloC-EloB) is a member of a family of ubiquitin ligases that share a Cullin-Rbx module. VCB complex is a multiprotein complex, which consist of large modular assemblies comprising a RING domain, a scaffolding Cullin subunit, one or more adaptor proteins, and a substrate-recognition subunit.
