Gene Group (FlyBase)
ADAM WITH THROMBOSPONDIN MOTIF -
A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease Thrombospondin motif (ADAMTS) belongs to the metzincin superfamily of metalloproteases. ADAMTS is related to ADAM proteins, sharing in part their domain organisation. However, ADAMTS includes proteins that contain a variable number of thrombospondin-like repeats instead of disintegrin and cysteine rich domains. ADAMTS proteases are included in MEROPS family M12, subfamily B. (Adapted from FBrf0214506).
Pathway (FlyBase)
Positive Regulators of Wnt-TCF Signaling Pathway -
Positive regulators of Wnt-TCF (canonical Wnt) signaling up-regulate the pathway, resulting in the enhancement of transcriptional regulation mediated by β-catenin (arm).
Summary (Interactive Fly)

a member of A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease with ThromboSpondin motif (ADAMTS) family - positively regulates Wingless signaling by promoting Wg secretion - activates a subset of Wg signaling whose major function is the regulation of cell proliferation - a mutually positive genetic interaction exists between ana3 and sona - wing discs

Model Confidence:
  • Very high (pLDDT > 90)
  • Confident (90 > pLDDT > 70)
  • Low (70 > pLDDT > 50)
  • Very low (pLDDT < 50)

AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.
