amdH29/amd6 transheterozygotes show partial lethality. These flies show a striking increase in viability if they are also carrying one copy of Tcr45. amd1/amd6 transheterozygotes show partial lethality. These flies show a substantial increase in viability if they are also carrying one copy of Df(3L)TP32.

amd6/amd1 flies show an increase in viability when they are also heterozygous for Tcr40 or Tcr45.
