MRG15^j6A3 Pc¹¹ double heterozygous males have ectopic sex combs on the second and third legs (85% and 54% of flies respectively).

MRG15^ex1 shows no interaction (in terms of ectopic sex comb phenotype) when in double heterozygous combination with Pc¹¹.

Approximately 100% of Antp^D43/Pc¹¹ animals show transformation of antenna into leg. The size of the sex comb on the first leg is almost normal in Dsp1¹/Y ; Pc¹¹/+ flies. The majority of Pc¹¹/+ heterozygotes in which Dsp1^Scer\UAS.cDa is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4^hs.PB show a mild transformation of the wing to haltere and there is a considerable increase in the number of T3 legs with a sex comb.
