Pc11 heterozygous males show a highly prevalent ectopic sex comb phenotype.

Heterozygous males have an extra sex comb phenotype that is more pronounced at 29[o]C than at 25[o]C.

Pc11/+ suppresses the telomeric position effect (TPE) of P{hsp26-pt-T}39C-5, P{hsp26-pt-T}39C-27, P{hsp26-pt-T}39C-31 and P{wA}4-4.

Heterozygotes show transformation of second and third legs to first leg, resulting in extra sex combs. Most heterozygotes have normal wings and very few show a mild transformation of the wing to haltere.

Partial transformations of second and third legs into first legs in Pc/+ heterozygotes.

Very strong haploinsufficient Pc phenotype.

Heterozygosity for Hsp83e6A suppresses the extra sex comb phenotype of Pc11/+ males at both 25[o]C and 29[o]C.

rept06945 Pc11 double heterozygous males have ectopic sex combs on the second and third legs (47% and 5% of flies respectively).

MRG15j6A3 Pc11 double heterozygous males have ectopic sex combs on the second and third legs (85% and 54% of flies respectively).

MRG15ex1 shows no interaction (in terms of ectopic sex comb phenotype) when in double heterozygous combination with Pc11.

Approximately 100% of AntpD43/Pc11 animals show transformation of antenna into leg. The number of T2 and T3 legs with sex combs is reduced in Dsp11/Y ; Pc11/+ flies compared to Pc11/+ single mutants. The size of the sex comb on the first leg is almost normal in Dsp11/Y ; Pc11/+ flies. The majority of Pc11/+ heterozygotes in which Dsp1Scer\UAS.cDa is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB show a mild transformation of the wing to haltere and there is a considerable increase in the number of T3 legs with a sex comb.

Vha55j2E9 dominantly suppresses the ectopic sex comb phenotype of Pc11 mutant males.
