Overexpression in the anal primordia by Scer\GAL4cad-em459 flies leads to enlargement and fusion of the anal plates.

Flies expressing ciScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 in a wild-type background have weak abnormalities in the wing, such as loss of the anterior crossvein.

Causes the L3 sensory organ precursor cluster to extend into the anterior compartment of the wing disc when expressed using Scer\GAL4MD-638. Also causes extension of the dorsal region cluster, extra growth of the region between veins 3 and 4, and induction of ectopic sensory organ precursors in the posterior compartment of the wing disc at the presumptive alula region.

Expression of ciScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 partially suppresses the eye overgrowth phenotype seen when DlScer\UAS.cDa and mir-7Scer\UAS.cLb are expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH. Many eyes are substantially reduced in size but still exhibit abnormal patterned growth.

When ciScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and eyScer\UAS.cHa are co-expressed in the wing disc (driven by Scer\GAL4bi-omb-Gal4) ectopic eyes are induced in both anterior and posterior compartments.

Expression of ciScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 partially rescues the fu1 wing phenotype; the interval between veins 3 and 4 is restored, but the double row bristles still reach the fourth vein at the margin.
